Shipping and Payments
Delivery and Pickup
You are welcome to bring your original material to me and pick up in person, though you will need to pre-arrange this with me.
If distance prevents this you may send your original material to me by other means. Please contact me first to discuss transport arrangements, especially if you are concerned about transport security. As soon as your material arrives I will contact you to confirm it's arrival and your project instructions.
When your order is complete I will advise you of the total price and payment will be due before delivery to you. You will need to cover any shipping expenses but I will not charge you for packing.
Postage
My preferred method of delivery is by Australia Post and here are 2 suggested postage options:
- Registered Mail - Requires the recipient to sign for the receipt of a parcel, provides a high level of security and is trackable.
For me to return your order to you I suggest that you purchase from Australia Post a 500gm or 3kg "Prepaid Satchel" or for a larger parcel purchase a registered mail sticker called a "Prepaid Registered Label" and include one of these in the parcel when you post your original material to me. - Express Post - Delivery is guaranteed next business day and is trackable but does not provide quite the same level of security as Registered Mail.
For me to return your order by this method I suggest that you include with your original material an Express Post satchel of the same size (up to 3kg) that you will be using to send your original material to me.
I will not normally charge you extra for packing or more than any actual postage not provided by you as above, unless circumstances result in extra expense to me. If you have any questions please contact me.
Payments
Depending on the amount of work involved a deposit may not be required before commencement of work, often your original material is a sufficient deposit. I will discuss this with you though at the time of your order.
Full payment and confirmation of its receipt by me will be required before I can deliver to you any finished work and return of any of your original material.
Payment may be made by cash or direct deposit to Aureola Productions bank account. Future options now in development will include credit card and PayPal payments.
